Egypt is a UK based, blues/rock three piece band.

Eric Chipulina - guitar/vocals      Peter Correa - Drums      Alan Fish - bass/vocals

Eric & Peter were born & bred in Gibraltar & Alan hails from Norfolk.

All three are former members of The Groundhogs (featuring the legendary Tony T S McPhee) over many years, appearing in several albums & gigging throughout the UK & beyond.

Our set will usually have at least a couple of 'Hogs classics, along with our own stuff from our albums & plenty of blues with a heavy rock edge.

We generally do our own interpretations & these will often vary from one gig to the next.

Also usually included is some solo/duo delta blues.

In 2007 we will be celebrating 20 years as a band (16 with the current line-up).
What the celebrations will entail I don't know, though I suspect beer shall have something to do with it.

Already planned is the recording & release of our 4th album & the re-release of at least two of our previous ones. These and any further releases will be on Stable Records.
